According to Gian Luca Pasini, the men’s volleyball defending champions of Russia, Zenit Kazan, already targeted players that might replace Wilfredo León.

In case Cuban superstar leaves the club, Zenit will try to hire Earvin Ngapeth, the Frenchman from Italian giants Azimut Modena, Pasini reported in his blog.

Zenit’s objective No.2 is Cuban Yoandy Leal from Sada Cruzeiro, the Brazilian titleholders.

Even the name of another Frenchman is mentioning as León’s replacement Trévor Clévenot from Wixo LPR Piacenza, Italy.

Gino Sirci, the president of an Italian side Sir Safety Conad Perugia, recently stated that León is heading towards the exit doors in Zenit.
