BRA M: Lucarelli operated – his return is expected in April!

1107 0

A few days ago, one of Brazil’s best attackers, Ricardo Lucarelli, ruptured his right tendon in a third set of the match against Volei Renata Campinas and yesterday he was operated.

As he has already posted on his social networks, the tendon surgery was a success and soon he will be back.

According to a doctor, if Lucarelli's recovery goes well, he is expected to play in the Playoffs of the Superliga in April 2018.

But if he doesn’t get back in full shape, then he will return to the court in May when the National team will start their preparation.

TUR W: Ognejnovic to replace Nootsara in Fenerbahce!?

If Tomkom is kept for next season (though that seems unlikely in my opinion). Fenerbache should think of getting one of her younger NT member as a receiver/wing spiker back up. Even though they aren't as tall as their European counter part, they can receive well and attack too. I'm sure they would be cheaper to higher than most other European options or are they? lol...And they already have a connection with Nootsara, so maybe they can play some fast balls every now and then to score a few quick points too.
