The Philippine female volleyball superstar Alyssa Valdez returned to play in her home country after spending three months abroad.

 

A 24-year-old Philippines national team outside hitter Alyssa Valdez, who spent the last three months playing for Attack Line in Chinese Taipei, decided to return to compete in her home country in 2018.

She has signed with the Premier Volleyball League (a league that gathers both collegiate and non-collegiate clubs) side Creamline Cool Smashers.

I dont think people understand how affected this Brazilian team was affected by the negative news from their Government on pulling funding from sports teams and athletics in the country. it was a punch in the gut from a country that already is reeling with issues. Bruno was the one who publicly called the government out. Clearly he is affected. Its a darn shame. Reply
