FIVB procedure for Financial Disputes STEP 3: Where to send your Complaint?

Before sending your Complaint, you’ll have to find out who is competent to decide on the Complaint. FIVB has established the following regulation. Prepare all documentation together with signed Complaint and email or fax to:

 

CEV if both parties come from Europe

- email: transfers@CEV.lu

- fax: +352 25 46 46 10

NORCECA if both parties come from North - Central Americas and Caribbean

⁃ no email, sorry:))

⁃ fax: +1 809 227 32 42

FIVB about all other cases

⁃ email: transfers@FIVB.org

⁃ fax: +41 21 345 35 45

we still dont know of course slovenia will protest its friggin unfair what is the sense of that finals if they dont move them to elite group and they deserve it Reply

Fans, which volleyball rules you would change if you were in charge?

It's nice to see players serve the ball at 60+mph , but with it comes with awful lot of service errors -- let alone serve error on float serve. Perhaps teams have taken the value of this part of the game very lightly. I think there needs to some sort of penalty for this. Thinking similar to that of basketball whenever a team gets certain amount of service error, there must be a point given to the opposing team. An alternative penalty would be to deduct a point from the team at fault. Reply
