Once the FIVB receives the Complaint, all the requested documents are there and the fee has been paid, they will inform the other party involved to prepare and send pack the official reply.
The FIVB also established the time limit for the reply.
It is good to know that in any moment the FIVB can assist both parties to find an agreement between them.
