FIVB procedure for Financial Disputes STEP 10: Sanctions

If a National volleyball federation, volleyball club, volleyball coach or volleyball player fail to comply with the decision of the previously mentioned parties (FIVB/continental confederation/FIVB Tribunal or CAS) the following sanctions will be applied:

 

⁃ Warning

⁃ Fine up to CHF 50,000

⁃ Stop receiving ITC (for clubs) or to transfer players internationally (for players)

⁃ Not to register foreign players in any competition (for clubs)

⁃ Not to compete in any international competition

 

All this sanctions can be applied more than once.
