According to Gian Luca Pasini, Trentino might receive a Wild Card for the Club World Championhip 2016! Recall that the Italian powerhouse is the reigning European vice-champion, as it played the previous CEV Champions League Finals in which Zenit Kazan eventually triumphed.
So far we know that the FIVB Club World Championhip 2016 will be played in Belo Horizonte, with Minas Tenis Clube as the hosts. The other participants will be Sada Cruziero as the 2016 South American Champions, Zenit Kazan as the 2016 European Champions, Tala’ea El-Gaish as the 2016 African Champions, Taichung Bank as the 2016 Asian Champions, while the remaining 3 tickets will go to the 2016 NORCECA Champions and to the two teams which get Wild Cards.
