Conegliano wrote down a straight-sets win over Azerbaijani powerhouse Telecom Baku, while young Mexican star Samantha Estephania Guadalupe Bricio Ramos shined in the home team.
She was the top scorer of the winning side with 16 points, Robin de Kruijf added 13, while Katarzyna Tomsia made 11 points.
