The Italian Women’s Volleyball Championship members Saugella Team Monza have completed the reception department for the next season.

An 18-year-old German receiver Hanna Orthmann, who has spent three previous seasons in a club in her homeland, USC Münster, will play in Serie A1 in 2017/2018.

By signing a prospect player, who competed for the U18 and U19 national teams of Germany before being enlisted for the 2016 FIVB World Grand Prix, Monza fully covered the position of the receiver on the roster: Hanna Orthmann (GER), Edina Begić (BOS), Sara Loda and Helena Havelková (CZE).

TUR W: Ognejnovic to replace Nootsara in Fenerbahce!?

If Tomkom is kept for next season (though that seems unlikely in my opinion). Fenerbache should think of getting one of her younger NT member as a receiver/wing spiker back up. Even though they aren't as tall as their European counter part, they can receive well and attack too. I'm sure they would be cheaper to higher than most other European options or are they? lol...And they already have a connection with Nootsara, so maybe they can play some fast balls every now and then to score a few quick points too.
