379 0

Padova will play in the Italian Cup 2017/2018 quarterfinals after beating Piacenza 3-1 (23-25, 26-24, 26-24, 25-22).

Even though they were behind after the first set, Padova didn’t lose hope to win this game. The second and the third set were really difficult for both sides, however, Padova came out as the winners to take the lead 2-1!

In the fourth set, Padova controlled the situation on the court and won the game.

In the quarterfinals, Padova will meet Perugia. Below are other quarterfinal pairs:

Modena – Verona

Trentino – Monza

Lube – Ravenna

Three games will be played on the 18th October, while Modena and Verona will meet on 19th October.
