After we wrote about Leon's situation in the Polish team, we got an interesting letter from Salvador Hidalgo Oliva who also has the similar problem like Leon. That means that Cuban volleyball federation didn't send needed documents for changing the sports citizenship.
In his post he said that Wilfredo Leon is not the only Cuban player affected (Country or Origin) and sent us his letter to Mr. Ary Graca from 2014.
