RUS M: Fakel and Borges go in front of FIVB!

by WoV

We have received an update about the transfer of Mauricio Borges to Fakel.

Borges

Borges

LZSportPro, volleyball agency which represents Borges in cooperation with one of the top volleyball agents in Brazil – Geraldo Maciel, has informed us that player had a final and official contract with Fakel.

However, club has stated that it can’t fulfill the signed contract, so LZSportPro decided to bring this case in front of FIVB.

How agency can go in front to FIVB ? Is this joke ..are they paying to FIVB something and that they can go …
If they win this i know 1000 players that can tomorrow go also..
This agency had also some players in Budva and what they did …is this only for media..
They are sending some news so clubs can read and make faster decision ..Zaksa and Dik ..
I hope that WoV is not going to this direction ..

FIVB does not recognize the position of MANAGER!!! There is a constitutional act and other documents and inside there are no Specified positions of managers! So, the fact is: if you have some connection inside the FIVB, they will take your case in cosideration. But only if you pay!!!
If not, they tell you they don’t recognize your contract as a valid document!

Can somebody tell me where on Fivb.ch website I can find how much are Cuban players have to pay to get their ITC? Just this… And you’ll understand many other things…
