by WoV

It is not secret that HalkBank is trying to bring a world-class setter… Is Dragan Travica the first pick of the Turkish giant?

Sportal.bg writes that HalkBank has started negotiations with Dragan Travica! Italian setter finished his episode in Belogorie and he is definitely one of the “most wanted” setters on the transfer market.

Alegedly Verona is also very interested to hire Travica for the next season, but HalkBank might be able to offer a lot better contract to the famous player…

In Halkbank, Travica will take a lot of money but also he will play like Esko last year, only a few games. If he thinks that this is good for his career… Ulas will be starting setter always because he showed he is really good even for CL

I agree, but where to play??? Travica had a bad season in Russia, but last year he won everything, exapt Championship. There is no to many clubs interesting for Travica, so I believe he is taking what he got!! If this will be a true, off course. Personally, I do not believe in this story.

@BRUX It is jot the problem where he could play. Many teams would want him but the probpem is that no club could pay him even close the money he used to take in Russia. And sure is difficult to accept new offer that is 1/3 of the previous one. But this offer is real in today’s volleyball
