TUR W: OFFICIAL - Turkish libero signs with Galatasaray

Another newcomer has landed in the yellow and red part of Istanbul.


 

Galatasaray have announced the signing of Buse Kayacan. This 25-year old Turkish libero started her professional volleyball career in Karsiyaka (2010/11). Then she spent three years in Eczacibasi VitrA (2011-2014), while after that she played one season in Nilufer (2014/15), then in Bursa (2015/16) and finally in Canakkale (2016/17).

Kayacan is the second newcomer in Galatasaray roster. Recall that the Istanbul powerhouse has already signed a contract with Demir Neslihan

I dont think people understand how affected this Brazilian team was affected by the negative news from their Government on pulling funding from sports teams and athletics in the country. it was a punch in the gut from a country that already is reeling with issues. Bruno was the one who publicly called the government out. Clearly he is affected. Its a darn shame. Reply
