It’s official. Facundo Conte has finished his mission in PGE Skra Belchatow. Argentine superstar had one more year of contract with the Polish powerhouse, however the player asked to leave the club this summer and his request was accepted.
It is important to mention that Skra will receive compensation for contract termination.
“After the end of the season Facundo asked us to leave the club. We knew that he had offers from clubs outside Poland where he would earn more money, so we accepted his request. He was one of our leaders, but we did not want to take away this opportunity from him. Therefore we reached an agreement to terminate the contract. We are currently in talks with some players who can replace Facundo,” said Skra president Konrad Piechocki.
There are plenty of rumors where Facundo Conte might continue his career. According to Gian Luca Pasini he can return to Italy, while at the same time sport.pl writes that he has a very tempting offer from China…
