– I do not think there is a secret. There are agents, there are communications and there is a motivation. We have communications, we work directly with the five volleyball agencies, but to find the motivation it is truly interesting. If we put aside the money, which in the Brazilian league at least no less, for Hooker a trip to Russia is a real challenge in her career. We have an excellent team, which I wish good luck at the start of the Olympic selection soon in Japan. There were strong and stable clubs. Our league stronger. Just because we go to great players.
– That structure which is collected in May by your club, on names is hardly probable weaker than Dinamo Kazan which has gained two gold in succession. – Kazan becomes stronger in the summer, it definitely. There is a Dinamo from Moscow. There is to whom to play and win. There is Omsk, where it is all right with the budget and ambitions. There is Uralochka and Karpol. I think, we yet do not consider someone, just do not know how people are equipped. So answer this: the season will be challenging, but fun, and we will try to contribute to the formation of the league, which will soon be able to call itself the strongest in the women’s volleyball tournament in Europe.
– On creation of a new team it is possible to consider work ended?
– No, our acquisition is not completed. Would be able to sign a foreigner, would be looking for the right class of people. Opportunities are not present, therefore we search for Russians.
