TUR M: Fenerbahçe strengthen wall on the net – signs Ukrainian Gladyr

Turkish Men’s volleyball club Fenerbahçe İstanbul gained valuable reinforcement on middle blocker position.

A 32-year-old Ukrainian player Jurij Gladyr signed with Fenerbahçe after spending a season in Polish side PGE Skra Bełchatów where he made an average of 72% positive attack in 2016/2017.

Istanbul team will be Gladyr’s first experience in Turkey where he comes after previously earning two trophies in the national championship in home country (one each with Azot Cherkasy and Lokomotiv Kiev) and one in Poland (with ZAKSA Kędzierzyn-Koźle) as well two trophies in the Polish Cup (both with ZAKSA Kędzierzyn-Koźle).
