BCC-NEP Castellana Grotte held a crowded press conference yesterday in New Mater house with Giuseppe Vinella, President Gaetano Carpinelli and technical staff. They spoke about the next season.
The contracts with Elia and Ricciardello were officially renewed. Flavio Gulinelli and his assistant Pine Lorizio, Bruno De Mori as well as fitness coach Walter Rizzo were at the conference. De Mori has emphasized the desire that new players have shown since they came to the team. The goal is to focus on young players (9 out of 13 athletes are 21 to 25 years old) that means, according to the thought of Flavio Gulinelli that they can grow so much together, they are a group of world-class players.
In the conclusion of the conference all players, technical staff and athletes from last season were thanked for their contributions for the last season and their historic victories from just two months ago.
The start date of preparation is on the 20th of August.
