by WoV

According to some sources from Japan, it seems that the Belgian middle blocker is near the Japanese league.

As our source informed us, Freya Aelbrecht might sign for Kurobe Aqua Fairies who will participate in the 2018/2019 V.Leaue Division 1.

For now, this is just a rumor since that club still didn’t announce anything. But according to Freya’s photos on her Instagram, it seems that this arrangement is close to being realized.

At the beginning of September, she wrote: “Here ends my 4 year Italian odyssey. Happy that I could have surfed that last wave with my Heckzak. Thank y’all for the great times. The memories will last forever. Until next time. P.s. Super stoked that soon I’ll fly out towards a new V-Ball adventure. Keep y’all posted.”

In the past four seasons, Freya played in Pesaro, Monza, Bergamo and Busto Arsizio.
