ITA W: Maggie Kozuch in Italy

2749 1

New rumor from Italy is again related with Foppapedretti Bergamo.

Since the club has not found the receiver for the second part of the season, the rumor is that Margaret Kozuch could come to Foppapedretti to replace an injured Katarzina Skowornska.

Last night she was in Monza to watch match between home team Saugella Team Monza and Bergamo.

Just to remind you, in October Margareta Kozuch swapped her shoes for sand to become Karla Borger’s new partner for the 2017 season in beach volleyball.

Neither Kozuch and Skoworska are receivers. They play as OP hitter.

This tournament will be such a waste of time if that new format will be introduced, eliminating the rewards for the teams that worked hard for it like Belgium and Slovenia. Reply

Fans, which volleyball rules you would change if you were in charge?

It's nice to see players serve the ball at 60+mph , but with it comes with awful lot of service errors -- let alone serve error on float serve. Perhaps teams have taken the value of this part of the game very lightly. I think there needs to some sort of penalty for this. Thinking similar to that of basketball whenever a team gets certain amount of service error, there must be a point given to the opposing team. An alternative penalty would be to deduct a point from the team at fault. Reply
