Brayelin-Martinez
The current Brazilian Superliga silver medalists Praia hired the 4th best scorer (258 points) of the 2019 FIVB Volleyball Nations League, Martínez.
A 22-year-old powerful Dominican outside hitter spent the last season wearing the jersey of the Turkish side Aydın Büyükşehir Belediyespor.
Martínez was a highly recognized player as a member of youth teams of her country. She was named Most Valuable Player of the 2015 FIVB U20 World Championship and U23 Pan-American Cup twice, as well as the MVP of the senior Pan-American Cup once.
Praia signed several more players earlier.
