The match between the teams commanded by the 2 greatest volleyball coaches in Brazil (and one of the greatest in the world), Zé Roberto and Rezende, went into the favor of the latter for the 2nd time this season in the Superliga Feminina. The opposite Tandara Caixeta from Sesc was the top scorer of a duel with 19 points. Lorenne Teixeira scored 13 points for Barueri.

Sesc-RJ are the leaders of the competition with 13 wins and only one loss (38 points) which is as many points as Dentil/Praia Clube have on the vice-leaders position after sweeping Esporte Clube Pinheiros (3-0). Both Sesc and Praia extended their already long winning streaks: to 5 games and 7 games, respectively.

One more team maintained its long invincibility, Osasco/Audax. The team from the São Paulo State recorded the 5th successive victory to come in 4th with 12-2 and 32 points.
