Neftochimic 2010 Burgas defended the title in the Bulgarian Men’s Volleyball Championship.

Neftochimic 2010 Burgas became the champions of Bulgaria for the third consecutive year, the fourth overall.

The players coached by the country’s volleyball legend Nikolay Jeliazkov beat the regular season winners Hebar Pazardzhik (18-4, 50 points) in Game 3 of the 2018/19 Superliga playoff finals in straight sets (25-23, 25-15, 25-12) to close the series by a 3-0. Thus, Neftochimic, who entered the playoffs as the third seed (16-6, 47 points) took revenge on Hebar for losing the national Cup final back in January.

Nikolay Uchikov top-scored for the new titleholders in Game 3 with 15 points (three aces). Slovenian Alen Djordjevič made 75% positive reception). Canadian Bradley Gunter scored 11 points for Hebar.

2018/19 Superliga playoff finals – Game 3:

(3) Neftochimic 2010 Burgas – (1) Hebar Pazardzhik 3-0 (25-23, 25-15, 25-12), series 3-0

RUS W: Despite renewing with Dinamo Moscow, Ognjenović will join VakıfBank

Wow! Ognjenović had some heated clashes with the Vakifbank coach on court while she was playing for EcZ. I have seen in one video that she was screaming at him. Ognjenović is fiery and the captain of the National Serbia team and is considered one of the best setters (and smart) in the world. I like this move. The current setter for Vakifbank makes bad decisions(and poor sets) at bad times that caused them. Reply
