Trefl Gdańsk have just closed its squad for the 2019/2020 season.

They reached an agreement with ONICO Warsaw regarding the loan of Mateusz Janikowski. The young volleyball player completes the roster of the team from Gdańsk.

Mateusz Janikowski had been invited to the Polish junior national team that in July competed at the World Championships. The white-and-reds took the eleventh place in the whole competition, and the young volleyball player appeared in seven out of eight meetings and scored a total of 77 points.

I am very happy that I can join the team of Gdansk which will be led by coach Michał Winiarski, for me an idol from the time when I started my adventure with volleyball. My goal is to further develop my skills and improve my level from practice to practice. I hope this season will be successful for both me and the club. I can't wait for the first pieces of training” - admitted Mateusz Janikowski after finalizing the move to Gdańsk.

CHN W: Kosheleva prevails in face-off with Zhu but Tianjin emerge victoriously from match vs. Guangdong

Kosheleva was without a doubt the most impressive player of the match Reply

ITA M: Lube annul powerful display of León to beat Perugia in derby of all derbies

This is a very impressive start for Lube. They still serve and block very well......Perugia not so much.

Perugia is in trouble this year with a record of 10-10 in sets and currently in 5th place. Most every team is improved this year and having to rely on Leon to separate games for you is not the answer Perugia can rely on in this league.
Lube 10 aces (Bruno - 4aces....wow)
Perugia 5 (Leon 1ace) not enough. Reply

CHN W: Kosheleva prevails in face-off with Zhu but Tianjin emerge victoriously from match vs. Guangdong

Guangdong is putting too much on Kosheleva. The team should also do their job. I'm a fan of Zhu but I want Kosheleva to shut her down. Hooker is also being under utilized. They rarely pass the ball to her. The CVL also seems boring than the CEV (European VB). Reply
