Sorgun-vs-Ziraat
Ziraat Bankası beat Sorgun Belediye on the road by a 3-1 (26-24, 22-25, 25-15, 25-14) in Round 11 of the 2019/20 AXA Sigorta Efeler Ligi regular season to end their losing streak that lasted three games. This win pushed Ziraat from the sixth to the fourth place in the standings (7-4; 21 points).
Led by the Dutchman Wouter Ter Maat (22 points, including 5 aces), the champions and vice-leaders Fenerbahçe HDI Sigorta downed İnegöl Belediye in five sets to extend their victorious run to seven games. Cuban Osmany Uriarte top-scored for the losing side with 22 points, while Oğuzhan Doğruluk made 5 kill blocks.
Galatasaray HDI Sigorta wrote down the fourth win in a row to remain at the top of the charts with 10-1 and 29 points.
