SRB M: A big reinforcement for Novi Pazar – former setter of Zenit and Belogorie!

927 0

Novi Pazar have announced a big signing at the start of 2019!

The Serbian team has signed the experienced Russian setter Konstantin Lesik.

He is a former player of Zenit Kazan and Belogorie Belgorod, two powerhouses in Russia.

It’s interesting that he is going to play for the second time outside of Russia, as he already played in Lebanon in the season 2016/2017.

Well, we will see how influence he will have on the playing style of Novi Pazar.

As exciting as it is to see foreigners putting up a show for your fans, it does nothing to help the development of the local talents. And some teams even have Filipino Americans playing as 'locals', while still having the additions of foreign players on the same team as well. Why not just have those Fil American count as the foreigners, so they won't take the space of locals? The Philippines ranks #117, I think you guys should get your act together first. Even North Korea ranks higher, has a NT and program, but no league........and that says a lot. lol Reply
