Lucas Victor Rangel who last season won the Greek league and Cup with P.A.O.K. Thessaloniki, is now the member of UPCN.
This 208m high middle blocker is the last reinforcement of the club and now they have completed the quota of foreigners allowed by ACLAV.
As you know, they have renewed contract with the Bulgarian opposite Nikolay Uchikov and they joined his compatriot the receiver Todor Aleksiev.
