Less than a week after the injury of Jochen Schöps, Stade Poitevin Volley Beach found his replacement. This is Mitar Djuric, (Tzourits), who arrives from P.A.O.K.

 

He should be registered under the “joker médical” option , so club need to get  approval by DNACG, which could be decided today, on Friday, February 8, 2019.

The opposite, who can also cover the middle blocker position, has 17 titles on his account: 3 Greek championships, 2 Greek cups and 1 Greek Super cup, 2 Italian championships, 2 Italian cups and 2 Italian Supercups, 1 Turkish championship, 1 Turkish cup and 1 Turkish Super cup, and 2 FIVB Club World Championships.

As exciting as it is to see foreigners putting up a show for your fans, it does nothing to help the development of the local talents. And some teams even have Filipino Americans playing as 'locals', while still having the additions of foreign players on the same team as well. Why not just have those Fil American count as the foreigners, so they won't take the space of locals? The Philippines ranks #117, I think you guys should get your act together first. Even North Korea ranks higher, has a NT and program, but no league........and that says a lot. lol Reply
